Not consulting from outside the room. Running operations, feeling the pressure, making the decisions. This is the team behind Falco.
Who We are
Falco Peregrinus Technologies was founded on one belief: the gap between institutional vision and institutional reality is always an execution problem.
We are operators, not theorists. We have run the systems ourselves large-scale digital learning operations, institutional redesigns, faculty capability programs. That experience is the reason our solutions work in the messiness of real operations, not just in a proposal.
Today we work with universities, enterprises, and government building programs, platforms, and consulting engagements that close the gap between what institutions know they need to do and what they are actually able to do.
From competency to capability. From compliance to evidence. That's Falco.
The Falco Way
Our difference comes from how we operate, and how we think.
How We Operate
Systems must breathe: Frameworks aren't meant for slides; they must live in everyday practice.
Technology must simplify: Tools should cut through noise, not add to it.
Change must stick: Transformation isn't real until it survives without us.
That's why we don't leave when the deck is done, we leave when the system runs.
How We Think
The peregrine falcon isn't the fastest because it flaps hardest. It's the fastest because it waits, calculates, and strikes with surgical focus.
Speed with clarity: cutting through inertia, never rushing blind.
Precision with purpose: aligning people, processes, and technology without waste.
Relentlessness with impact: staying until results are visible, measurable, undeniable.

Why Falco

Operator's DNA
Falco was built by practitioners, not theorists. We've run the systems ourselves, managing digital education at scale, fixing broken operations, and building products that actually work in the messiness of day-to-day execution. That experience gives us an insider's view: we know what breaks, why it breaks, and how to build solutions that endure.

Forward by Design
We don't solve for today only to create new problems tomorrow. Every solution we design is built with adaptability in mind, able to flex with growth, technology shifts, and changing expectations. Our work anticipates the future, so you aren't forced to constantly start over.

Falcon Philosophy
Fast. Precise. Relentless. The peregrine falcon teaches us that speed without clarity is waste, and precision without timing is useless. That philosophy shapes every project we take on, moving quickly where it matters, aligning people and processes with surgical focus, and refusing to stop until impact is visible and measurable.
Our People
Two practitioners. 65 combined years of building from the inside. Not the most impressive bios you will read - the most relevant ones.
Founder and Chief Executive

Ashok brings over 25 years of experience in learning transformation, operations, and institutional strategy. His career spans leading large-scale digital education initiatives, rationalizing academic delivery for tens of thousands of learners, and building systems that turn complexity into clarity.
As a leader, he is known for combining decisive execution with human-centered thinking. He has been instrumental in shaping operating models for universities, corporates, and public sector projects, always with one anchor: execution that lasts.
Beyond his professional role, Ashok is also an avid hobby photographer. Much like his work, his photography reflects a search for clarity, perspective, and moments that often go unseen, a reminder that execution in leadership, as in art, is about framing the details that matter.
He is the author of The Operator's Code - field notes on operational leadership, each chapter anchored by an AMT photograph. He is a Certified Independent Director (IICA/MCA) and an M.Sc. graduate of BITS Pilani.
Ashok founded Falco on one conviction: complexity is always a system problem. Systems can be fixed. He builds the fixes.
Advisors
Advisor
Former Founder-Director of IIIT Bangalore, Prof. Sadagopan built IIIT-B into one of India's premier technology institutions. He wrote the foreword to Dr. Raja Subramanian's Generative AI for PhD Scholars - a book he called a resource he wished had existed when he was 50 years younger. He continues to guide Falco's work at the intersection of technology and institutional education.
Advisor
Raja brings 45 years across university education, institution-building, and academic innovation. PhD and double Master's from BITS Pilani. Former Dean of Distance and Work-Integrated Learning Programs at BITS Pilani. Founding Director of the Myanmar Institute of Information Technology, A Government of India project.
In 2025 he published three books on Generative AI in education. He designed and leads the AI Augmented Faculty Transformation Lab. He has taught and mentored several thousand PhD scholars, postgraduate students, and online learners across his career.
Raja is why the Lab exists. Ashok is why it ships.
Our Team
Behind Falco's leadership and advisors is a team that turns vision into reality. Our consultants, designers, technologists, and operators bring depth across disciplines, from building digital platforms to crafting learner engagement models, from streamlining operations to ensuring compliance at scale.
They are the ones who transform frameworks into systems, and systems into results. Quietly, relentlessly, they make sure execution doesn't just begin, it endures. This extended team is what allows Falco to deliver with both speed and scale.
Our Commitment

We believe transformation is a journey, not a transaction. That is why we measure success not by the plans we hand over, but by the systems still running long after we are gone.
At Falco, clarity comes before complexity, impact comes before activity, and sustainability comes before speed alone.
Transformation is a journey
We focus on building systems that last, not just delivering projects.
Impact matters more than activity
Results speak louder than reports. We measure what matters.
Execution defines us
We don't just plan. We build, test, and deliver operational excellence.
Execution isn't just what we do - it's who we are.
